Portuguese law shall apply to these Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising therefrom. For the resolution of any disputes, the parties elect the jurisdiction of the Lisbon District Court, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction. Additionally, in the event of a dispute, the User, as a natural person, has at their disposal any of the following alternative dispute resolution entities, without prejudice to recourse to the Lisbon District Court:
a) CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo http://www.arbitragemdeconsumo.org/
b) Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centre http://www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt/
