USE OF THE SERVICE

• The customer undertakes to use this service in compliance with the laws and regulations in force applicable to it, as well as the Terms and Conditions set out herein;
• Archinews may, at any time, change all or part of these Terms and Conditions;
• The customer may not alter the content of the Service or send messages that contain computer viruses or may cause any other damage;
• Customers of the online shop are considered final consumers, subject to VAT, with the exception of those residing in third countries outside the European Union;
• The sales process is subject to compliance with the rules set out in Law no. 25/2008 of 5 June, on the prevention and repression of the laundering of ill-gotten gains and the financing of terrorism.

PRODUCTS IN THE ONLINE SHOP

• Products duly identified in the respective catalogues may be purchased in the online shop;

PRICES

• The prices shown in the catalogue include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase;

ONLINE SHOP REGISTRATION

• Individual registration in the online shop is done in the shop under “Registration”;
• This allows for an easier purchasing process, with the recording of the customer’s identification data, allowing for immediate recognition of the customer, without the need for further typing;
• Customers can update their personal data online whenever they make a purchase in the online shop;
  Access is restricted to each user and guaranteed by the use of a login and password.
